LOS ANGELES, CA—February 12, 2014—Americana/folk artist Melanie Devaney will release her 3^rd solo effort, Single Subject Notebook, on March 4, 2014.   The recording features10 original songs and a beautiful rendition of The Beatles’ classic song, “Don’t Let Me Down.”

Single Subject Notebook was produced and mixed by Jamie Candiloro, whose previous credits include Ryan Adams’ Easy Tiger and Lisa Germano’s No Elephants.  Candiloro also plays drums, bass, acoustic and electric guitar and keyboards.  Devaney plays acoustic guitars and keyboards.  It was recorded by Steve Bone at Banana Chicken Studios [any credits] and mastered by Grammy Award ® winner Stephen Marcussen (Beck, Goo Goo Dolls, Dwight Yoakam) at Marcussen Mastering.    Read more…
